Plans afoot for seniors condos downtown

Developers of the Commonwealth Health Centre say they want to meet and beat the city's requirement for six townhouses and instead are aiming for a 40- to 60-unit residential and retail complex on the Sixth and Quebec downtown property.

HST petition drawing signatures

The Stop the HST petition campaign is off to a strong start. As of Wednesday, four days into the effort, 746 people in Prince George-Valemount, 438 in Prince George-Mackenzie and 186 in Nechako Lakes have signed the petition against the tax.
