A bail hearing for Chad Douglas Berry, accused of stabbing and beating two women during a break and enter on Oak Street, last month, has been adjourned to May 3.
Berry, who appeared briefly Wednesday in Prince George provincial court via video from the Prince George Correctional Centre, faces 17 charges on the matter including counts of aggravated sexual assault.
Berry was apprehended in Vanderhoof a day after the incident was alleged to have occurred.
On a separate matter, Berry also faces charges of kidnapping, confinement and assault.
And new charges of break and enter and possession of stolen property have been sworn against Berry on a third matter.
The May 3 hearing will be in relation to all three matters, the court was told.
