With the incredible summer we've had so far this year, I've found myself cooking outside to keep the house cooler. This usually involves the barbecue, red meat and red wine.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the road crew and contractors for the recent upgrade to Sooke, Belmont and Bethem roads in PG. The crew did an excellent job on the much needed resurfacing that was long overdue, but much appreciated.
