I want the big oil companies to know just how much I hold them in contempt.
It's just not good enough to make a fair profit. No, they love overcharging times 10. Even at today's prices a litre of regular gas should only be about 85 cents to 95 cents a litre.
We are paying $1.40 a litre or $6.40 per imperial gallon.
Only the B.C. and federal governments have the authority to roll back and freeze prices. Thanks to these oil interests the inflation rate is skyrocketing up. Our pay is being absorbed, we have nothing left after living expenses are paid. Then they want to use us as a stepping stone for Alberta by building a pipeline.
We are being used, but until people start making their voices heard, they will continue to treat us like a toilet.
