I am writing this letter in disgust of the Citizen printing two picture of the the deceased male who was shot to death this past weekend.

I was very disappointed in your paper this am. Who puts a picture like that on the front page or any page for that matter. No need for that.

Scooters, Wheelchairs, Bicycles. Strollers and skateboards should not be used on the sidewalks. A skateboarder came up 4th Ave one time and knocked me and my scooter on it' side out into the traffic with an oncoming car that stopped in time.

With everything being commented on about P.G.s latest murder i feel it necessary to send a very heartfelt thank you to a woman named Tammy and her husband for helping out my husband when our daughter took a real bad spill on her bike.

Your editorial missed the mark and lacked understanding of why there has been an outcry about this photo. No, we are not sticking our heads in the sand and trying to ignore the gang situation in P.G. We can see what is happening in our city.

For the past week or so, I have been hearing on the radio that Prince George wants to host the 2015 Canada Winter Games.

I am sure I am not the only one who would admit to being initially amused by the report of the senior citizen robbing the Scotiabank on Friday. The front page on Saturday's Citizen was another matter.
