Snowmobiler found dead

Search and Rescue crews have recovered the body of a missing 40-year-old snowmobiler. The B.C. Coroners' Service is investigating. The individual was caught in an avalanche in the Torpy Mountain Recreation area northeast of Prince George.

Snowmobiling avalanche victim identified

The snowmobiler who died in an avalanche and was recovered yesterday near Prince George has been identified as 40-year-old Dallas Mayert. The long time Prince George resident was well known as a stock car racer and snowmobiling competitor.

Missing teen found

Prince George RCMP have located a 14-year-old girl who has been missing for over a month. Brandy Lee Felix, disappeared on Oct. 7. On Nov. 12 around 7 p.m. officers located Felix walking in the 2600 block of Victoria Street.

Fire at Tabor Creek
