The Capital Regional District (CRD) did not pass a motion to ban biosolids from farmland after all.

Drive-thru screen stolen

A special screen designed for outdoor use at a drive-thru food outlet has been stolen. The monitor was pinched from a business on Ferry Avenue at about 3 a.m. Friday. Surveillance video shows the thieves removing the screen and making off with it.

More copper wire has been stolen by thieves likely trying to cash in on higher metal prices. A number of similar incidents have already occupied Prince George police and done damage to local companies' resources.
