Re: Legebokoff subject of true crime book. I felt deeply disappointed and horrified that the Prince George Citizen would promote this book on the front page of the Sept. 29 issue.

Don't judge a book by its cover, goes one old nugget of wisdom. Don't shoot the messenger, goes another.

The City of Prince George is blessed with some of the greatest staff anywhere in Canada, but I have serious concerns about some of the planning and licensing going on at city hall.

I am very disappointed that there was no local Take Back the Night march this year. I had attended last year's march, and I was actually really looking forward to this one.

I would like to share with you a good story about our police force. On Tuesday morning, my wife and I (both seniors) were unloading a pickup full of boxes at our store when a police cruiser pulled up behind our truck.

September and October are the perfect months to go hiking. May I suggest you try Eskers Provincial Park? The colours are spectacular and there are no mosquitoes.

I do not agree to spend my hard-earned tax dollars on a park in the downtown that is not needed . I think City Council should take a second look at this project before it's too late. Helen Sarrazin Prince George

A big round of applause to all those who worked for many months to put together the PGSS Reunion Sept 18th and 19th at the Coast Inn of the North. So good to visit with so many. The food and entertainment was the best.
