The D.P. Todd Trojans survived a second-half surge by the Nechako Valley Vikings and were rewarded with a zone championship. The junior boys basketball team from D.P. Todd claimed the zone title on the Vikings' home floor in Vanderhoof last weekend.

A two-handed jam by Montell Lindgren capped a dominant second half and a zone championship for the Duchess Park Condors. Lindgren's dunk gave the Condors their final two points in a 69-53 victory against the D.P.
