The senior member of the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club earned her inaugural provincial distinction after a stellar season, including a first-place finish last weekend at the Biathlon B.C. Cup 3 and B.C. Josiah Fisher made Team B.C. for the first time in the senior boys category. Dickson, senior girls, and Leah Forsdick (youth women) each qualified for the provincial team for the second time.

Other Team B.C. athletes from CNSC include, four-time member Arthur Roots (youth men), fifth-year member Sarah Beaudry (youth women) and veterans Matt Neumann (senior men) and Megan Heinicke (senior women).

The next biathlon event is the national championship in Whistler starting March 15.
