Marilyn King's family grew substantially this week. As swimming team manager for Team B.C. at the Canada Summer Games she's now in charge of 32 teenagers ranging in age from 14 to 17.

Cougars acquire d-man

In a swap of 17-year-old defencemen, Jordan Harris and Zack Gonek have switched their Western Hockey League addresses. On Wednesday the Prince George Cougars announced they dealt Harris to the Swift Current Broncos for Zack Gonek.

Track stars qualify for Legion Nationals
