Runner looks to medal at national championships

Much to everyone's surprise the Prince George IDL Midget Knights repeated as B.C. double-A baseball champions in Duncan during the long weekend.

With the 2013 Canada Summer Games in her sight, Gemma Hansen traded boats to increase her chances of making Team B.C. Hansen will head to Sherbrooke, Que., with the rest of her kayak/canoe team members this week to compete in Week 2 of the Games.

In a swap of 17-year-old defencemen, Jordan Harris and Zack Gonek have switched their Western Hockey League addresses. On Wednesday the Prince George Cougars announced they dealt Harris to the Swift Current Broncos for Zack Gonek.
