Muscle riders roll into P.G.

The Riverstone Bar and Grill parking lot rumbled with the sound of motorcycles Saturday as Muscle Ride participants arrived at the final stop of their journey. The Muscle Ride is an annual fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy of Northern B.C.

Victim of fatal crash still not identified

Police have yet to release the identity of the 26-year-old man who died in a fatal car crash July 1. The single vehicle crash was reported around 8:30 p.m.

School district meets to discuss Dunster

School District 57 was holding an meeting Sunday night to discuss the events at Dunster School last week, said Lyn Hall, board chair. Hall said he had no comment on the situation or what they were discussing at the meeting.

Green Party leader coming to P.G.

B.C. Green Party leader Jane Sterk will be in Prince George July 11 and 12 meeting with the mayor, city councilors, and Chamber of Commerce. The city is one of the stops on her Paddle for the Peace journey.
