Let me guess....residents of the adjacent BCHousing affordable housing jail partaking in their criminal careers with absolute immunity from the law ?
Deepest respect for the RCMP for trying to keep PG safe.
Deepest disrespect for the Courts, BC Prosecution service, and the different levels of government for enabling criminals and keeping PG unsafe.

Can't wait to relax the post 9/11 rules that have been in place for almost 25 years now.
The liquids rule is dumb. So is taking off the belt and shoes. Enough already.

Typical Union. Always trying to weasel and manipulate what's written in black and white.

It's a city worker project. Work will be completed by 2028.

Risking their lives for the public good only to have their efforts thwarted by liberal judges and bleeding heart politicians who are too timid and weak to trample on the rights of human trash criminals.
It's the politicians and the courts that enable criminals.

The funny thing is that the City hired an architect to design the WDIC park in such a way to discourage loitering and hiding of the unsavory human element.
How did that design work out ?
Not too good !

It was so much simpler growing up in the 60s and 70s when it just got hot in summer and nothing more.
UV wasn't part of the vernacular, hats, sunscreen, bubblewrap, covered head to toe, sunglasses.....all that nonsense wasn't lectured into the masses.
And interestingly, cancer rates were much less lower than they are today.
But keep slathering on all that chemical sunscreen....which is produced by big Pharma which also produces all the cancer drugs and medications.
For Big Pharma, it's a wonderful cause and effect that produces neverending profits.

Great work by Okanagan Aggregates.
High quality, organized, efficient, non-disruptive.
City of PG and CUPE could learn from them.
