Thanks, Neil Godbout, for bringing it up (Citizen editorial, June 15). Marijuana is about to become a legal, government-regulated agricultural commodity all across Canada. Mostly, the plant will be cultivated in large greenhouses.

City needs animal bylaws, enforcement
I was thrilled to see the city working on the animal bylaws. I saw a dog running loose on the Hart yesterday. It ran into traffic and was hit by a truck. This is not an isolated incident and nor does it only happen to dogs.
