On behalf of the staff and students of Ron Brent elementary, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude towards REMAX Center City for their ongoing support of our school.

There have been a few letters recently about good Samaritans doing the right thing. I am hoping that I will find mine. On Wednesday I went to Red Robins for lunch. About half a hour after leaving the restaurant I noticed that I had lost my necklace.

Previously, Constable Bigumpound stopped a hanging on the Mile 53 dock. While on their trek back towards the Siems-Carey office, Sam gave Joe more details of his experiences at the shipbuilding yards at Mile 51.

Unless those of us in southern B.C.

B.C.'s Finance Minister Falcon is quoted as saying, "I think we have to very worried about the fact that foreign money is going into lobbying efforts against British Columbia and Canada's economic interests". Foreign money.

I want to send a word of encouragement to all the volunteers that are looking after outdoor ice surfaces in Prince George. The work you do and the hours you give are priceless.

I have to say I was not the least bit surprised that the city is not going to divulge the cost of the Skakun affair. There is only one reason in my opinion that they would not release this information. The cost was outrageous.

Please if you are going to ride your snowmobile or quad on the street, which is illegal and dangerous, at least have the consideration to ride in a safe matter, at a safe speed, with lights operational after dark.

B.C. taxpayers are to repay 1.6 billion dollars to the feds? It is/was our money to begin with, however, if the feds want to quibble, I suggest that every MLA who voted for the HST repay it.

So the city gives out pink slips and doesn't fill other positions. For years the city spent like they had won a Lottery.
