I'm not sure how much the average Prince George resident knows about how hydrology works but I would assume that the engineering staff at City Hall know all about it.

Thanks for the great idea, Brian Skakun. I love the idea of adding a cent or two to the price of gas in order to make our roads better. It is only fair that those of us who drive pay for the roads we drive on.

It appears to me that the investigation into the Burns Lake mill explosion has been fruitless due to the lengthy amount of time for a report. If the cause of this explosion was determined earlier, the Lakeland Mills explosion would not have occurred.
