There is no such thing as free parking in Prince George. Homeowners pay for their driveways as part of their home. Renters pay landlords to park in the driveway. For anyone parking on a residential street, taxpayers pay for that street and that curb.

I find it odd that the Enbridge corporation, having opened their local office with a little party in November of 2012, have not yet put up signage advertising their presence in town.

I am, writing to complain about what appears to be a declining standard of grammar in news articles. In particular, this shows up as the use of the adjective form of a word when an adverb is clearly needed. A recent example: ...section shows plain.

Even if you're not particularly interested in the British monarchy, it was hard to escape the news of the birth of the future king of England yesterday. Personally, I'm not a big royal watcher, but I don't begrudge the monarchy.
