Parking isn't free
There is no such thing as free parking in Prince George. Homeowners pay for their driveways as part of their home. Renters pay landlords to park in the driveway. For anyone parking on a residential street, taxpayers pay for that street and that curb.

I am, writing to complain about what appears to be a declining standard of grammar in news articles. In particular, this shows up as the use of the adjective form of a word when an adverb is clearly needed. A recent example: ...section shows plain.
