Falon Burkitt is keeping pace. The skip of the Prince George Golf and Curling Club entry in the junior women's curling championship, taking place at the North Shore Winter Club, has a 4-2 record heading to today's play.

Shane Pilling and Caleb Belter recorded their first goals of the season, helping the Prince George Cougars to a 5-0 win over the visiting Chilliwack Bruins in WHL action Wednesday night.
