Snowmobiler killed in avalanche

A 37-year-old man was killed Monday in an avalanche while snowmobiling on Eureka Peak east of 150 Mile House. South Cariboo Search and Rescue were notified at 4 p.m. and an attempt to land a helicopter at the site was unsuccessful.
