Aquatic Centre bulkhead breaks under weight of lifeguards

Lana Keim started to get that sinking feeling. So did all the lifeguards in the Prince George Aquatic Centre. On Friday night at about 8 p.m. the group of 44 was standing together on one of the bulkheads that crosses the swimming lanes like a bridge.

ATV accident kills man

A 22-year-old man from 150 Mile House has died from severe injuries received in an accident when his ATV went over a cliff at Russett Bluffs near Williams Lake on May 10. The man was sent by ambulance to Vancouver General Hospital where he died.
