Separate crashes kill two people on Highway 97
One person was killed late Tuesday morning in a collision between a small vehicle and a chip truck on Highway 97 about 15 kilometres south of Hixon. Some time before 11 a.m. a vehicle lost control as it was attempting to pass a semi truck, RCMP said.
