The snow could be back in Prince George, if only for a moment.

According to Environment Canada, periods of flakes could fall today (March 7), but only as much as two centimetres, being brought in by 15 km/h winds.

The daily high is expected to reach -3 C; wind will make it feel like -12 C in the morning and -6 in the afternoon.

An estimated 60 per cent chance of flurries is also in the forecast for tonight thanks to those winds once again.

The overnight low could dip to -14 C.

If you're heading west on Highway 16 toward Vanderhoof today, an air quality advisory for the District is still in effect.
