Good news, the air is cleaner to breathe!
Environment Canada has lifted its air quality alert for Prince George as of 2 p.m. today (March 6).
The statement ends after more than 24 hours, where higher-than-normal levels of dust particles were hovering in and around the city.
Northern Health has rescinded its alert for young kids, seniors, and those with chronic conditions to stay inside.
However, those wishing to endure strenuous activity outside are asked to do so with caution.
The air advisory is still in effect if you're heading west on Highway 16 towards Vanderhoof
