If you get a phone call saying you've won a gift card for Pine Centre Mall, hang up.
"This is a phone scam," Pine Centre Mall manager Sonya Hunt confirmed Wednesday.
Hunt said she has been fielding calls all morning from people and offices who have received the call.
"It's a robocall and it's just calling everybody," Hunt said.
Those who receive the call are told that thanks to a recent purchase at Pine Centre, they've won a $500 or $900 gift card, just press one.
Those who have are connected with a call centre that then tries to get personal information under the pretense of winning a vacation in Mexico.
Warnings have been posted on the mall's website and Facebook page.
"Certainly, we would never solicit this way or contact customers in this way or ask anyone for personal information so it's totally a scam," Hunt said.
She understands a similar scam in which West Edmonton Mall's good name was used was also making the rounds this week.
