PHOTOS: Fire at Prince George dental clinic under investigation after $400K in damages

No one was inside the building during the incident

A downtown dental office was the subject of a fire Monday night (May 4) in Prince George.

The building, occupied by Wellhouse Dental, sustained an estimated $400,000 in damages after the flames were extinguished and is now under investigation.

Prince George Fire Rescue responded to reports of the blaze at 1580 10 Ave. and found heavy smoke and flame coming from the front of the structure.

No one was inside when the incident took place.

Crews were forced to perform an exterior attack and, as a result, were able to control the flames quickly.

There were also no injuries to any of the 16 firefighters that responded from three different halls.
