UPDATE: 11:05 a.m.
Boo Boo has been located safely and is in RCMP custody in Grand Cache, Alta., over eight hours away. Owner Tamara Daley is en route to pick up Boo Boo now.
A pickup truck was seen leaving the scene of the dognapping on Saturday, and then a white SUV came into the mix.
"Boo Boo was spotted being transferred from the pickup truck to that white Mercedes SUV in Blue River," says Daley. "An anonymous woman found the Mercedes at the hotel the person was keeping my dog at in Grand Cache."
Boo Boo will be brought home tomorrow (Dec. 3).

A three-year-old bully dog was stolen right in front of Tamara Daley's mother's house on 25th Street in Vernon. 'Boo Boo' was taken around noon on Saturday, and Daley is concerned for his safety.
"The person just walked right up to Boo Boo and took him with them," says Daley. "Luckily, there are cameras set up around the house so we have a better chance at catching this person."
Daley says she has notified the police about the vehicle she believes is driven by the person responsible, which is a white SUV.
