No matter the decision, people will complain. Especially those who have never read a book on judicial sentencing & those who won’t help others increase the likelihood of transitioning to a better life away from Moccasin Flats.

Low level amateur sports, along with other gov’t subsidized activities & services, help create good people. We all benefit.

School is so much better when one has an awesome teacher like Louise. Congratulations on a well earned retirement.

One assumes that those who constantly complain about Moccasin Flats are also the first to participate in helping those at MF transition to a better way of life.
. . . on 2nd thought, probably not. Much easier to sit on the sidelines & whine & snivel & throw out sarcastic barbs.

Turn the page & try to enjoy life. Peace & love.

Uptight right comments about fireworks? Not surprising. One assumes those taking cheap shots at the gov’t on Canada Day are in the midst of packing up their gear & moving out of the country considering their untiring unhappiness. Peace & love.

So easy to sit on the sidelines & loudly whine with the annoying call of “I’m a taxpayer so it’s my right!” Doesn’t matter what local politicians & city employees earn. They could earn 1/2 of what they make now & the usual tribe of complainers would still snivel. From what I read it all looks reasonable. How would the average schmuck, who can’t even follow a proper diet or balance their household budget or keep a neat yard, really know? Majority of complainers are merely barking at the moon because they don’t like the gov’t know matter what. I ask my politicians to behave & act with good faith. In cases I disagree I may “pipe up.” But there is no need for personal attacks & slights that often come from the RWNJ’s. Know all the answers? Run for office, get elected, & solve all the issues in 30 seconds if it’s so obvious. Btw, more “buy in” with large #’s from the public has more to do with PG downtown revitalization, or less crime, improved medical system etc. No magic wand exists.

Compassion is obviously a foreign concept for you.

“People don’t want out of their situation.” I suppose it’s easier to tell yourself that. Many people lives could have gone sideways without good parents, a supportive sibling, a caring coworker, a great teacher, or mentor. Sometimes one has to “knock on the door” numerous times before one changes. Yep, some homeless or addicts may never change, but I suspect many would change. That change may only occur with many attempts. Many people could reduce one’s social media, sports watching, gaming, etc by a mere 5% & get involved with helping the homeless or addicts. I suspect if more people got involved the results would be largely positive. Again, some people might not be helped, but if one keeps “knocking on the door” many people would benefit & the end result would be more contributing members of society. But hey, one can sit on the sidelines & constantly throw out mean spirited comments about the homeless, politicians & the courts. That’s more pathetic than any homeless person.
