It is mind boggling that The Prince George Citizen, a newspaper which has won national journalism awards, would print a picture of a deceased person on the front page of the paper. The article was completely sensationalized.

I'm writing regarding the Aug. 16 front page photo of the homicide on Oak Street. The photograph was shocking, intrusive and upsetting. That man is someone's son.

I find it difficult to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the pictures corresponding to the Oak Street incident on the front page of the Aug. 16 paper. I was so repulsed by the graphic photos I immediately threw the paper in the trash.
