Mixed emotions is the feeling you have when your teenage daughter come home at 6:00 in the morning and you're relieved to see she's carrying a bible, then you notice it's a Gideon bible.

I would like to take the time to thank Dallas Thompson, Brandy Brodsky and the rest of the Prince George Cougars for supporting Prince George Minor Hockey over the years.

I think we should look to others for examples to help solve and appreciate our own city. After reading and listening of the many complaints on this city's snow removal I felt compelled to respond, hoping to get people to put this into perspective.

As the world knows, my home country of Japan had the unimaginably devastating earthquake and tsunami last week. As the day goes by, the toll of deaths climbs up significantly.

I am writing this letter in response to the writer of "Deadbeat Dads." This letter really hit home for me as I am a father who pays his child support on time every month and still have issues with being able to visit my child on a regular basis.

I have prepared this letter in response to Roy Olsen's letter of March 9 "The link between gas and interest." Inflation (cost of living) - control targetting has been a cornerstone of monetary policy in Canada since its introduction in 1991.

I think Prince George residents should be asking a lot more questions about the Baldy Hughes treatment center. The sudden departure of Mr. Smith has not been explained very well.

I have thought many times about writing to the editor of our local paper regarding city council's actions and/or inactions on various issues. But when I read the "Games Tax OK'd" headline in March 1 Citizen, that was the last straw. All P.G.
