A few days ago I watched as city crews patched 'pothole way' on Tabor Boulevard and 15th Ave. Three days later I watched again as the potholes miraculously reappeared.

In a perfect world, the price of gas would be the same all over the province, but because gas is cheaper in the U.S., oil companies charge less in areas near the border and charge the rest of us more to compensate.

A first class mistake is to treat anyone as a second-class person. On a black, stormy Alabama night in the mid 1960's, just before midnight, an older African American woman was standing by the side of the highway.

Every year I watch as groups of runners go up our road and turn around and come back for various reasons and events. On Sunday April 15, it was the Hart Half/Run for Rural Medicine, put on by the Prince George Road Runners running club.
