I disagree with a remark Mike Maslen made in his Dec. 1 letter in which he says, "Far too much has been made of the perceived threat that Syrians pose to Christians.

What a curious article in the paper stating that it is mandatory that all non-vaccinated people wear a mask when visiting the health unit, hospital and care facilities, while the rest of the article used the word should.

A switch was flipped this week regarding the public perception of Donald Trump.

Water, water every where; nor any drop to drink. Water is the one constant the world over. To the best of our knowledge, all forms of life – from simple bacteria to massive trees and animals – require water.

I wholeheartedly agreed with David N. Moffat where he wrote that UNBC should not discriminate against conservatives. I believe our university should be active in recruiting conservative students. When I entered university I was a rabid conservative.

I think Willow Arune's letter is brilliantly written.
