It was 2006, and I was in Bolivia, on my first adventure into the “developing world.

A 2013 study revealed that 90 per cent of inmates at the Regional Correctional Centre in Prince George identified having a brain injury. These inmates spent many years experiencing problems at home, school and in the community.
