There haven't been major improvements to cycling lanes, repairing sidewalks, or introducing more flashing light crosswalks for pedestrians.

The report suggests that the average home price now $318,530 but this data is already out of date. According to the BC Northern Real Estate Board, the average price of homes sold in February 2022 was $402,128 and looking at the available housing today there is very little under $400,000.

Between the Moccasin Flats fiasco and the gravel mine lawsuit, the city seems unable to get out of legal hot water once it’s jumped in with both feet.

No more logging trucks means no more billions of dollars will be pumped into the local economy.

If there is even a slight likelihood that Putin's taste for human blood is excited by this unfortunate misnomer, think of a more appropriate word. Words matter.

The impact of these job losses will be immense to each family that is affected, directly and indirectly on businesses, and to the economies of resource communities like Prince George.

I remember Prince George as one of the few cities in Canada where I saw how kind and compassionate people are.
