Dyer Straits

Something about the end of summer always makes me feel nostalgic. It's a season of endings and new beginnings - of warm days and late-night thunderstorms.

A month or so ago I wrote that with our new cancer clinic here we are not funded for gynecologists to do their jobs efficiently, nor do we have the equipment here that I am sure everyone has helped to support to get. I am completely frustrated.

I as a Canadian taxpayer am shocked by the scandal that is currently rocking the senate.

We rented the Moose Hall on Douglas St. this past weekend for a gathering of 100 people. It's hard to express what a pleasure it was to deal with the ladies and gentlemen of this order.
