Kootenay Ice to relocate to Winnipeg for 2019-20 season

CRANBROOK -- The Western Hockey League's Kootenay Ice will relocate to Winnipeg before the start of the 2019-20 season. The league officially announced the move at a media conference in Cranbrook on Tuesday.
