CALGARY -- The UNBC Northern Timberwolves lead the SAIT Trojans 49-22 at halftime of the CCAA men's basketball national championship game.
Playing on SAIT's home floor, the Timberwolves were in complete control in the first 20 minutes and never trailed. The Trojans are having a hard time handling UNBC All-Canadian guard Inderbir Gill, who is driving to the bucket every chance he gets. The attention on Gill is opening up outside shots for the T-wolves and those shots are falling. Jose Araujo is one of the guys burning the Trojans from long range.
