The Westwood Pub Devils are one win away from sweeping the Cowboy Ranch/Regional Security Stylers out of the Prince George Senior Lacrosse Association playoffs.

The Devils and Stylers will clash tonight (8 p.m.) at Kin 1 in the third game of a best-of-five semifinal. The heavily-favoured Devils opened the series with a 22-4 victory and then topped the Stylers 17-7 on Tuesday.

In that game, Westwood Pub was powered by Danton Nicholson, who scored six goals and added five assists. Also for the Devils, Scott Anderson struck for three goals and three helpers, while Andrew Sivell scored three times and had two assists.

Davey Jones (three goals) and Cody Rochon (two goals) paced the Stylers offensively.

The Northland Nissan Assault and BX Pub Bandits played Game 3 of their best-of-five semifinal Wednesday night at Kin 1. The Bandits won the opener 16-7 and the Assault bounced back with an 11-10 victory on Monday.

In the one-goal decision, Craig Dunfield led Northland Nissan with four goals and one assist. Cole Paciejewski scored five goals in a losing cause for BX Pub.
