The Prince George Blizzard Speed Skaters Club announced their year-end award winners Sunday at their banquet.
Winning the coach's award in the active start category was six-year-old Justin Warkentin, while 13-year-old Ateya Forsdick won in the Learn2Train/Train2Train category.
The most improved skaters in active start were five-year-old Breanne Warkentin and four-year-old Megan Vansickle. In the L2T/T2T category Sara Dereshkevich won and Carolina Hiller took the honour for high performance skaters.
