Prince George RCMP's downtown safety unit came across drugs and weapons during a vehicle stop Monday evening on Massey Drive.
Police said the items included a substantial amount of drugs and cash, along with several weapons including hatchets, hunting knives and ammunition, all of which were seized.
As well, a 46-year-old man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was recognized and found to have an outstanding warrant, police said. He was later released pending pending further investigation and charge approval.
