Surveillance video caught the suspects on tape but could not prevent the damage. Vandals laid open at least 10 windows at Heather Park Middle School early Saturday morning. According to the lead investigator, Prince George RCMP Const. Phil Charron, "the damage was extensive."
However, the incident is not without its clues. Heather Park is one of those in the district that has a video recording system, for instance.
"(It) shows a group of suspects approaching the area at 3:41 a.m.," Charron said.
