Small Spruceland structure fire under Prince George RCMP investigation

Early morning blaze leads to $5,000 in damages, no injuries

Nobody was injured following a fire early this morning (Sept. 4), but the incident has since been turned over to the RCMP.

According to Prince George Fire Rescue, before they arrived on scene, a small blaze was doused around 2:30 a.m. at a home on 1100 block Cluculz Avenue.

Flames were seen on the exterior of the structure when crews from three different halls responded to the call.

The damage of the incident is estimated at $5,000, and no injuries were reported to residents or first responders.

Mounties have taken over the investigation.
