The good news is, today is going to be mainly sunny. Fog patches will dissipate in the morning but it will get a little windy as wind becoming south 20km/h will gust to 40 km/h this morning.
The high is 2 C, but because of that wind, this morning the wind chill will be -18 C. Tonight there will be increasing cloudiness with snow beginning near midnight. We'll get about 2 cm. It's also going to be windy tonight as wind south 20 km/h gusting to 40 km/h and then to 60 km/h near midnight.
The temperature will steady near -1 C with a -10 C windchill in the evening.
