Be prepared for some snowfall, Prince George.

Environment Canada is calling for periods of white stuff today (Feb. 25) in the amount of 5 cm by the afternoon, then quickly turning into cloudy and a 60 per cent chance of flurries.

Wind is also in the forecast, gusting as fast as 40 km/h in the morning, then returning to that same speed overnight.

After we reach a high of 1 C, the clouds will continue to hover over the city.

The overnight low is a predicted -8 C with the wind chill.
