Environment Canada is calling for a mainly sunny day and less winds today (Oct. 23).
In fact, it's only expected gust up to 20 km/h in the afternoon, dropping our daily high from 7 C to -4 C with the windchill.
Rain won't come down until the evening in the amount of 10 mm.
The nightly low will dip to 3 C.
