Hump Day Wednesday (April 3) will bring a whirlwind of weather patterns in Prince George.

According to Environment Canada, the northern capital will see sun throughout the day with a high of 12 C and a moderate UV index.

However, clouds will increase in the afternoon and that could potentially come with some rain.

For now, the national agency is forecasting a 60 per cent chance of showers coupled with 15 km/h winds, dipping the evening temperature to -1 C.

Wind chill will make it feel like -5 C overnight.

Now, during all this chaos, the dust advisory will remain in effect for the time-being with concentrations levels are still above its normal level.

Northern Health is once again advising residents, particularly infants, seniors, and those with chronic conditions, to stay inside in an air-conditioned room until the air quality improves.
