Environment Canada is forecasting a mixed bag for Prince George weather today (March 9).
Winds as fast as 15 km/h will bring in clouds over the city to make it feel like -15 C in the morning.
The sun, however, will make an appearance in the afternoon bringing the temperature back up to 0 C.
Clouds will roam the sky again in the evening with a low of -13 C overnight.
