RCMP looking for missing Yellowknife man with Prince George connections

Glenn Harold Field has not been seen since last Fall

A 63-year-old man who is believed to have ties with Prince George remains missing from the Northwest Territories.

Glenn Harold Field was last seen in Fall 2019 and Yellowknife RCMP are reaching out to all detachments with his connections to try and locate him.

According to a release, Field chartered a plane a year earlier, Fall 2018, and was dropped off with three German Shepherds at Rolfe Lake, roughly 150 km northeast of Yellowknife.

He was last seen on the lake’s west side and police are asking anyone travelling in the area to keep a look-out for items associated with Field.

This includes a grey-coloured canoe, an axe, an Iridium satellite phone, a McPherson tent, a .308 rifle and some basic supplies.

Field is described as:

  • 5’8”
  • 169 pounds
  • Grey hair
  • Grey/blue eyes
