Prince George Mounties are looking to speak with the driver involved in a hit-and-run last week.

Police say they received a call about the pedestrian-involved collision on Dec. 18, three days after the incident occurred.

“A 20-year-old male was walking down Lansdowne Road in Prince George when he was struck by a vehicle,” says Cpl. Craig Douglass in a press release. “The driver did not stop.”

The pedestrian received minor injuries, he adds, and did not seek medical attention.

“The vehicle was only described as a small car,” says Douglass.

If you witnessed this accident or have any information, you’re asked to call Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300.
