Prince George Fire Rescue responded to an RV fire at the Roblyn Motel on the Hart Highway this weekend.

At approximately 6:30 p.m., on August 6, Prince George fire crews responded to a report of a recreational vehicle fire in the 3700 block of the Hart Highway.

Upon arrival, crews from three halls found a travel trailer engulfed in fire with flames spreading to the tree line behind.

A quick-fire attack by crews extinguished the fire and stopped the fire spreading to nearby exposures.

One occupant of the trailer was treated for burns as a result of the fire, which was deemed accidental.
