Mark Anthony Stewart was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 18 months probation in Prince George provincial court on Wednesday for possession of stolen property over $5,000 in relation to a stolen car that turned up in Alberta.
Stewart, 31, and two others were also the subject of an alert the RCMP sent out at the time of the incident in February.
Sameer Madhok, 41, was eventually sentenced to one day in jail for taking or occupying a vehicle without the owner's consent.
Charges against Eric Maurice Cardinal, who turned himself into police, were dropped.
In September, Cardinal, 27, was shot to death at his home in Terrace. A 29-year-old woman was also found at the scene with a gunshot wound.
Travis Leslie Stephens, 29, was later arrested and remains in custody on one count each of murder and attempted murder.
